PRICING

We except credit cards or cash. (If paying cash, a credit card will still need to be on file for your reservation. If you cancel the reservation, your card will be charged according). Minimum $200.00 charge for damage and/or excessive cleaning.

Room rate on this site do not include NH Room tax of 8.5%, Credit card processing fees ranging from 2.6%-3.5%, or Gratuity.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 100% refund policy if your reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival date and a 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. Any canceled or no shows less than 7 days will be charged a 1 full day plus taxes & fees. Weekends require a 2-night stay (Call for reservation if needing less than the 2-night minimum).

There are NO REFUNDS for holiday cancellations. All scheduled holidays will reflect weekend pricing. Holidays are as follows; Christmas/New Years (12/24-1/1), Memorial weekend, Independence Day (7/3-7/5), Labor Day weekend, Columbus Day (10/8-10/13)
